On Friday 12 April 2019, representatives of all offices met in Zlín to jointly assess the events of the past year. As our company keeps growing and our industry is very dynamic, these factors need to be taken into account when defining the company’s direction and strategy. That is why we have also presented the strategic plan for 2019-2021.
Our product portfolio, which mainly consists of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Azure, OneCore (financial services solution) and incadea.dms (automotive solution), will be supplemented with the air&me for Dynamics marketing tool. One of the essential parts of our strategic plan is the overall digitisation of internal processes. Initial steps that have already been taken aimed to support the paperless office concept. Other changes, which will affect both you, our customers, and partners, include the implementation of agile project management methods.
The company has advanced to obtain the ISO27001 and ISO22301 certifications, which confirms our ability to assess and handle information security risks, timely identify and minimise risks and impacts of disruptive incidents. We believe that it will strengthen our company’s reputation.
Finally, we continue to expand our offer of Microsoft cloud technologies and other tools which will allow you to automatize processes to reach your objectives more efficiently.
